Inking \Ink"ing\, a.
   Supplying or covering with ink.

   {Inking roller}, a somewhat elastic roller,used to spread ink
      over forms of type, copperplates, etc.

   {Inking trough} or {table}, a trough or table from which the
      inking roller receives its ink.
