Tetradrachm \Tet"ra*drachm\, Tetradrachma \Tet`ra*drach"ma\, n.

   A silver coin among the ancient Greeks, of the value of four
   drachms.

   Note: The Attic tetradrachm was equal to 3s. 3d. sterling, or
         about 76 cents.
