Dangerous \Dan"ger*ous\, a. [OE., haughty, difficult, dangerous,
   fr. OF. dangereus, F. dangereux. See {Danger}.]
   1. Attended or beset with danger; full of risk; perilous;
      hazardous; unsafe.
