         The German company {Software AG}'s
        implementation of {DCOM} under {Unix} and on {IBM}
        {mainframes}, released at the end of 1997.  EntireX enables
        users to exchange their {DCOM} components between {Windows
        95}, {Windows NT}, {Unix} and {OS/390} and to build
        {application programs} with components running on any of those
        {platforms}.
