Junket \Jun"ket\, n. [Formerly also juncate, fr. It. giuncata
   cream cheese, made in a wicker or rush basket, fr. L. juncus
   a rush. See 2d {Junk}, and cf. {Juncate}.]
   1. A cheese cake; a sweetmeat; any delicate food.
