         /man'del-buhg/ (From the {Mandelbrot
        set}) A {bug} whose underlying causes are so complex and
        obscure as to make its behaviour appear chaotic or even
        {nondeterministic}.  This term implies that the speaker thinks
        it is a {Bohr bug}, rather than a {heisenbug}.
