Shovelboard \Shov"el*board`\, n.
   1. A board on which a game is played, by pushing or driving
      pieces of metal or money to reach certain marks; also, the
      game itself. Called also {shuffleboard}, {shoveboard},
      {shovegroat}, {shovelpenny}.
